Warrick dazzles on the dancefloor

Dancing is his passion.

Warrick Naudé a grade four pupil at Maragon Private School has – for the second year in a row – made it to the finals of the National Eisteddfod Acadamy (NEA) Young Performer of the Year Awards.

The competition started in 2014 with him receiving a diploma award for his Hip Hop Solo Dance when he was only in grade three.

This entitled him to enter the NEA Young Performer of the Year Competition which commenced in March 2015. There were 1361 qualifying entries which was reduced through elimination to 83 semi-finalists and then 25 finalists over a number of rounds

Warrick walked away as the overall winner for Dance Entry Level Grades zero to three.
