Dodgy car dealer on Ontdekkers

I don’t know if you might be interested, but I have a story about a dodgy car dealer on Ontdekkers road.

I bought a car from a dodgy car dealer on Ontdekkers Road last year June. In August I was informed that the car was reported stolen. I contacted the police and they impounded the car. Till date I’m still struggling to get my money back from this dealer. As I went through the court process, I met and heard of other people also being done in by this dealer.

I struggled since September last year with the civil court process. The dealer never showing up, and ended up in court on 22 January being told my file is lost and I’m in the wrong court (jurisdiction).

Wasting months of time and money. At the moment I’m struggling to feed my children and this dealer keeps making excuses and lying to me. I want other people to know that before they give him their hard earned money, that he is not to be trusted.
