Savannah Taylor, the younger sister of 2013 Teen Queen of the Universe winner Sasha Taylor, is making a name for herself.
Savannah, 13, is a Grade 7 pupil at Constantia Primary School and a Discovery scout. She recently became the first scout in Johannesburg to be awarded a badge for surfing, said proud older sister Sasha.
“Skimming 2- and 3 metre high waves at St Mikes was no problem for her,” Sasha said.
“There is not a challenge out there that will stop her.”
Besides racing motorcycles at RedStar Raceway in Delmas, Savannah is also an avid competitor in cricket and will try her hand at soccer and swimming this year. She loves animals and supports and volunteers at the Roodepoort SPCA.
She plays electric guitar and can also tick playing with the Parlotones and Matthew Mole off her list, her sister proudly said.
