According to an unconfirmed eye witness report, a toddler between the age of two and three allegedly fell from the fourth floor of Discoverers clinic about four hours ago.
The eye witness, who was fetching medicine from the clinic says she heard screams and then saw the child in a puddle of blood. It is uncertain how she obtained the information but it is believed that the child accidentally fell through the railings of the stairs.
The fate of the child is uncertain.
Neither the clinic, the spokesperson of the Health Department or the relevant person of the police could be reached for more information.
