Make your house famous

In just more than four weeks, it would be Christmas again and as usual, the office of the Roodepoort Record are closed during that time, but do not worry, a journalist will be on duty to ensure you are still updated of the latest news.

As always, we want to hear from you, what you are planning for the holiday and how you are celebrating Christmas. Years ago, some residents went all out to decorate their houses in true festive spirit. There were reindeers, Santa Claus in his sleigh and festive lights. If you are one of those people, please let us know if you are doing the whole shebang again this year.

Send us your pictures and tell us why Christmas is such a special holiday for you and your family. We will put it on our website for everybody to see. We will make your house famous.

Those who celebrates Christmas in alternative ways, we want to hear from you as well. Everybody is welcome, but please do not use this platform to preach your religious believes. Everybody is entitled to their own religious beliefs, but we can learn more from each other.
