Saturday 1 February
Don’t miss out on what Sabbath Events describe as the “first explosive show of the year” featuring Thundermerwe, I Am, Colour me Kacey and 22nd Gap live at Tanz Live in Blackheath. Thundermerwe ended a great 2013 by winning the Battle for Rumours as well as the 17th Emerging Sounds battle. Book your table by contacting the venue on 011 476 4169. Tickets cost R50 per person and the doors open at 6pm. The show starts at 8.30pm.
Wednesday 5 February
Enjoy the next instalment of the exciting Carling Black Label Battle of the Bands at Rumours Lounge in Weltevreden Park. This evening features the bands Trademark, Titan, Beseech the Enemy and Inner Empire. Entrance costs R40 per person or R30 per person if you’re on a band’s list. The show starts at 8 pm.
