Children win prizes for colouring in

WELTEVREDEN PARK – Remax Masters Rentals handed over their colouring competition prizes to entrants.

Remax Masters Rentals in Weltevreden Park ran a colouring competition for the Easter holiday, for all the areas they cover. The prize handover took place recently.

Remax Masters Rentals agent Franzette Scheepers said that they had three age categories in the competitions: Ages four to six years, ages seven to nine years and 10 to 12 years. The first place winner won a R250 Woolworths voucher, second and third prize won Easter-themed goodies. The first place winners were Shivaan Narainsamy and Jamela Boyenge, second place went to Shivolin Narainsamy and Alyssa Price and third place to Amogelang Bosman.

“The competition was judged by our CEO, rental manager and receptionist. Their criteria depended on the entrants’ age groups, creativity and incorporation of Remax colours. In total we received 200 entries and this is the first time we have had a competition of this nature. We would like to do more competitions in the future,” explained Scheepers.

King’s School Robin Hills pupil Jamela Boyenge said that she heard about the competition at school. “Colouring is one of my favourite tasks to do at school and at home. I plan to share my prize with my sisters,”said Boyenge.
