Planned water interruption

Numerous suburbs in and around Honeydew will be affected by a planned water interruption on 17 and 18 November.

The planned water interruption at the Honeydew reservoir and surrounding areas will start at 6am on 17 November and end at 6am on 18 November from Joburg Water.

The following areas will be affected:

Northern portion of Zandspruit Informal Settlement, portions of Sundowner, Mogale City, North Riding A H, Honeydew, Bush Hill Estate and Randpark Ridge.

There will be stationed water tanks at:

• Corner of Drysdale and Taurus –Sundowner

• Honeydew Medical Centre – Boundary Road in North Riding AH

• Aurora School –Taurus Road in Sundowner.

• Corner of Dale Lace and Eastwood Avenue – Randpark Ridge

• Corner of Dolfyn Street and Dale Lace Avenue – Randpark Ridge

• Corner of Blueberry and Apple – Bush Hill Estate

• Trinityhouse School – Knoppiesdoring Street –Randpark Ridge

• Hertford Junction – Lanseria – Mogale

• Zandspruit Informal Settlement

• Zandspruit Shopping Centre

The planned water interruption is for a Rand Water tie in at Honeydew reservoir inlet.
