Health and Fitness Expo lots of fun!

Local fitness clubs provided discounted fitness evaluations, while others advertised their products to aid in weight loss, energy, or muscle growth.

Athletes and fitness enthusiasts from all over the West Rand converged at Clearwater Mall for The Health & Fitness Expo from October 13 to 16.

Tomei Fourie, Lisa Vereean, Thato Matenchi, Amiel Rothman, Megan Werner, Tristin Trinity van Tonder and Paige Cassidy Coetzee.

In honor of International Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the expo also hosted a Spin-a-thon to raise funds for I love Boobies. The 24-Hour Charity Spin-a-thon was open to anyone who wanted to spin for an hour for R50 per person during the 24-hour period. All funds raised through this initiative were donated to I Love Boobies and their work.

People were cycling, jumping, jiving, and even lunging their way through the shopping centre as a variety of health and fitness brands came out to show the community what they were all about.
