The Flower Foundation becomes the Witpoortjie Market’s new home
The weekly Witpoortjie Flea Market and Farmer's Market has found their new home and will officially be re-opening.
The Witpoortjie Flea Market and Farmer’s Market is back. For nearly a year, organisers have been battling to secure a space for the community market that used to be a regular occurrence.
Well good news, the wait is over. The market is back and will become a weekly occurrence. The official first day back will be on 14 March, and thereafter the market will be open every Saturday from 8am to 1pm.
The weekly market will be held in the beautiful gardens of The Flower Foundation at 36 Reyger Street, Witpoortjie. The market is focused around the growth of small businesses and will host a variety of stalls stocking jewellery, Tupperware, clothing, food, outdoor items and so much more.
