Councillor promised to meet with JMPD about additional law-enforcement measure to be implemented on that road.

Ward 85 councillor Sonja Meyer is on a mission to get the City to work on a solution to the high number of accidents on Christiaan de Wet Road.

According to Meyer, JRA official Lawrence Maseko said there is a 60km/h speed limit sign near the sharp curve, which motorists ignore.
