The two Florida Police members, Shumane ‘Nancy’ Moshoeswe and Rudzani Tadizi, who are facing charges of assault, kidnapping, corruption and intimidation, appeared in the Roodepoort Magistrates’ Court this morning (21 September).
The case had to be postponed again since the docket was still at the Directorate of Public Prosecution and the State Prosecutor, Paseka Temeki, has yet to study it.
