BREAKING: One dead, two injured in liquor store robbery this evening
Three suspects fled in a blue BMW
At around quarter past 6 this evening, 2 September, an armed robbery took place at the Pick n Pay centre on CR Swart Road at the liquor store.
The owner of the shop was shot dead and two APCAN security officers were seriously wounded and is currently receiving treatment from emergency services, an emergency helicopter has just landed to transport them to hospital.
The three suspects fled in a blue BMW. Information has come through that they have been sighted in Foxglove street.
CR Swart will be closed to make way for emergency helicopter.
