Maragon Private Schools‘ boys hockey teams recently competed in the district and regional leagues.
The school’s U/14 and U/16 teams won the D12 district league, while the U/18 team was the runner-up in the D12 league.These three teams proceeded to the regional play-offs which took place late last month.
The U/14 and U/16 teams made Maragon history by winning their games against Hoërskool Noordheuwel and Krugersdorp High School (KHS) respectively.
The U/18 team unfortunately lost their game against their KHS counterparts.
