Another Bright family member back at home

He gets bored quickly and wants to go to school

Damian Bright, the boy who was ejected from a vehicle during a hijacking, is home.

Damian was discharged from hospital on Wednesday. According to Allan Bright, the family spokesperson, the boy is recovering well although he still has staples in his head. “He gets bored quickly and wants to go to school. He even tried to wake up early enough one morning,” said Allan.

Marelize has started physiotherapy and on Wednesday she managed to walk 10m with support. The doctors are pleased with her progress and she will be moved to a general ward soon.

Abigail also is much better although her arm is still in a cast. Like her brother she can not wait to return to school.
