Unicollege’s colour run for charity

All proceeds will go towards the Cradle of Hope.

Start you morning with a colour run for charity as UniCollege hosts their annual 5 kilometre run on Saturday 24 October.

“The college’s management team implemented this run last year as a way of giving back to the community,” said organiser Natalie Franklin.

She added last year the charity they chose to raise money for was Destiny House and every year they identify charities in need and raise money for a specific charity each year.

All age groups are allowed to enter which costs R30 and participants can choose their preferred pace to finish the run.

The run will take place at UniCollege’s Krugersdorp campus at 9am and all participants will receive a few bags of colours for the run.

Prizes will be awarded to the person who comes first place in the Female, Male and Junior categories respectively.

If you would like to participate, you can fill in a registration form at the college itself or you can pay on the day of the event. To do so, you will need to be there from 7am.

All the money made on that day will go towards Cradle of Hope which is a ministry that focuses on assisting needy women and children.
