Imana car winner

The competition was open to everyone who bought the carton of soups and ran from June to August.

Roodepoort’s Phelelani Mabaso is feeling like the luckiest man in the world after he won a Nissan NP200 Bakkie on Friday (2 October) courtesy of Imana.

The security guard had entered the Imana competition after he bought a carton of 10 soups and dialed the unique code on his packet.

“When I received the call, I couldn’t believe it. I thought it was a scam and did not pay attention to it. I only realized after they asked for my contact details,” said Mabaso.

“My family is back home in KwaZulu-Natal and they are just as happy as I am. I want to drive the car home so they can all see it,” he said.
