If you think you know a lot about technology and you are sometimes obsessed by it then you are a techie.
Sometimes techies are called nerds because of their knowledge about technology and because they get so excited whenever they talk about a new technological invention.
So if you are proud to be a techie, then celebrate National Techie Day with the rest of the world.
When you get back to work on Monday morning, let your office technician know how they are appreciated. If they have never heard about this national day before, tell them that it is to celebrate their profession with them.
