A body was found in 8th Street and Ontdekkers Road in De La Rey last night.
CPF- Maraisburg and De La Rey were immediately on the scene after being contacted by ER24 paramedics for assistance.
They found the body was that of a 47-year-old Caucasian male.
The cause of death is unknown but according to eyewitnesses, the man was sitting on the ground. He stood up to walk and collapsed.
However, other witnesses on scene said alcohol could be the reason for the man’s death.
