The brave tow trucker, Wouter Steyn who was first on the scene of the ghastly accident in which two policemen died, spoke exclusively to the Record.
Steyn who managed to save one policeman from the wreck, relates his ordeal in which he desperately battled to save the remaining two policemen. He also spoke of how the incident affected him emotionally.
