Rightfully so, as this Roodepoort resident, 26, won the Mr South Africa 2014 pageant at a star-studded grand gala event at EnGedi in the Cradle of Humankind last night (Wednesday 28 January).
This after a year dedicated to community work and national campaigns. In an earlier interview Armand said that the title will mean a lot to him, should he win, because it will open doors. He described his community as close to his heart and the pageant as a great platform to grow in oneself and to meet new people.
Close friend Adele Segal, who has known Armand for the past 12 years, in a post to his facebook profile said she never doubted his ability to make his dream a reality.
