A 12-year-old child at Laerskool Dr Havenga was allegedly bullied and assaulted so badly, that an ambulance had to fetch him.
According to ER24 spokesperson Chitra Bodasing, ER24 attended to the incident. He was assessed by paramedics and treated for moderate injuries after which he was taken to a nearby hospital for further treatment.
Eyewitnesses says his back and neck was injured after he was allegedly attacked by two fellow pupils.
It is still unclear which hospital he was taken to and neither the school or the parents could be reached for comment.
The boy’s identity is unknown.
