Ingredients

  • 1 packet McCain Hawaiian Stir Fry
  • Oil
  • 600 grams Pork Stir Fry pieces
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons garlic and ginger paste
  • 3 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic

Sweet and Sour Sauce Ingredients:

  • Garlic and ginger paste 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chilli sauce
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients listed under Sweet and Sour Sauce and mix until well combined, and then keep aside
  2. Add the pork pieces to a large bowl and mix well with the soy sauce, garlic, and ginger and cornstarch and allow to marinate for at least an hour
  3. Heat a large frying pan on medium to high heat and add oil and start frying the pork in batches. Remove and set aside
  4. In the same pan, add a teaspoon of crushed garlic and add the McCain Hawaiian Stir fry veg
  5. Allow to cook for 6 – 8 minutes before adding the pork and sweet and sour sauce
  6. Mix well and serve with rice or noodles
