More trains on the track at Secunda Duck Pond this weekend
Entrance to the Duck Pond and the meet is free of charge, but visitors will be asked a nominal fee if they wish to ride on the trains
SECUNDA – The Steamers Meet will take place at the Secunda Duck Pond this weekend.
The area around the Duck Pond will be steaming with miniature locomotives, exhibits and family fun on 27 and 28 October.
These exhibits will include a display of various train sets and even steam inventions.
The National Steamers Meet will lure steam locomotive enthusiasts from all over South Africa.
Entrance to the Duck Pond and the meet is free of charge, but visitors will be asked a nominal fee if they wish to ride on the trains.
Several food stalls will be available and the whole family can enjoy this event so make sure not to miss this.
