Shining Stars FC beats eMba Milan by 2-1 in Castle League

Castle League games are always played at community grounds and football lovers enjoy the township football that is played in their backyards.

eMBALENHLE – Shining Stars Football Club managed to beat eMba Milan Football Club 2-1 in a Castle League game on Sunday- 21 March.

The match was played at Ehlazweni sport ground in eMbalenhle, which is the home ground of the Shining Stars.

The Castle League opened three weeks ago after matches were stopped a year ago due to the outbreak of Covid-19.

On Sunday, the Castle League had two matches, of which the first match kicked-off at 11am at the eMbalenhle Hostel sports ground between Matapulas FC and Rising Stars FC.

The match ended in a 2-2 draw.

Castle League games are always played at community grounds and football lovers enjoy the township football that is played in their backyards.

Most of the Castle League games are played on a Sunday in the morning and afternoon.
