Alex Pieterse victorious at open championships in Standerton
Johan Brink was awarded as senior men’s winner for his nett score and Casper Roux as senior men’s winner for his gross score.
Alex Pieterse took the honours of winning the Quantum Energy sponsored golf day with the best all-day-gross.
Golfers teed off at the Standerton Country Club on Sunday, 7 March after the day was cancelled the previous week.
Andrew Harper scored the best am-gross and Casper Roux the best pm-gross.
Darren Neyt was the runner-up and Gerrit Coetzee ended third in all-day-gross.
Andries Manka managed the best all-day nett, while Kenneth Mtsweni had the best am-nett and James Nkonde the best pm-nett.
Jacques Ferreira was the runner-up for best all-day-nett.
