Members of the Radio Control (RC) Motor Club are preparing for their first race of the year in Ermelo at 10am on 19 January.
There is a total of six classes that will be competing during the first race, namely Super kids, Rookie, Front Wheel Drive (FWD), Mini, Trucks and Open Touring.
A pre-entry is required and Mr Kobus Grobler, vise chairman, should be contacted at 081 348 1221.
Application forms are available with Mr Grobler to the community. A membership fee of R50 monthly is required.
According to Mr Grobler, it is a family oriented club for young and old who are passionate about radio control cars.
As members apply, they will be made aware of the track rules, regulations and the rules in the different classes.
He added that having fun is the name of the game.
