Ermelo CrossFit IRA athletes competes at the annual PTA Throwdown at Waterkloof High School
Four teams from Ermelo competed in the RX-division and one team competed in the Scaled-division.
Five teams from Ermelo CrossFit IRA recently participated at the annual Crossfit Competition, PTA Throwdown, hosted by Crossfit PBM.
The competition took place at Waterkloof High School on Friday, 29 March and Saturday, 30 March.
Four teams from Ermelo competed in the RX-division and one team competed in the Scaled-division.
“We want to thank the hosts for great programming and good judges, as well as to all the Ermelo athletes that competed at the tough competition,” said Ms Alicia Pieterse.
