Bodybuilders flex their muscles for novice title
The competition was hosted by the International Federation of Body Building in Mpumalanga for upcoming bodybuilders and included more than 10 divisions, such as physique, open, bikini, beach, fitness and novice.
SECUNDA – Mabunda Bonginkosi is the overall winner of the senior men’s division of the Mpumalanga Novice Body Building Show that was held at Ukhozi Lodge on Saturday, 5 May.
The competition was hosted by the International Federation of Body Building in Mpumalanga for upcoming bodybuilders and included more than 10 divisions, such as physique, open, bikini, beach, fitness and novice.
Nadia Wilmans is the overall Fitness Bikini winner and Simone Vorster won the Beach Bikini division.
