Lekwa dominates at Samsra Games

The Lekwa Municipality’s soccer and netball teams were victorious at the South African Municipal Sports and Recreation (Samsra) Games on 22 April.

Lekwa battled it out against four other municipalities namely Govan Mbeki Municipality, Msukaligwa Municipality, Chief Albert Luthuli Municipality and Gert Sibande District Municipality.

The games are aimed at promoting fitness, wellness and healthy living among employees, especially at local government level.
