eMBALENHLE – Secunda Stars FC management is hoping for better results in the next soccer season of the Safa Second Division League, formerly known as the Vodacom Promotional League.
They invite interested players under the age of 27 for trials at the Risko Fakude Stadium from 8.30am until noon on 6 July.
Stars finished the league in the 11th position and it is the only club in the Govan Mbeki municipal area that plays in this division.
The league will be known as the ABC Motsepe League when it kicks off around August.
It will be sponsored by the Motsepe Foundation for the next five years as part of the South African Football Association’s commitment to focus on youth development.
Players are requested to bring their own playing kit for the trials.
