Agape Faith Ministries in Kinross hosts youth conference
Counsellors will be available at conference.
KINROSS – Youngsters can be encouraged at Agape Faith Ministries Youth Conference that will take place at the church in Kinross from 15 to 17 June.
The theme is “Come Out” and is based on John 11, Luke 13 and Mark 5.
“It is our desire to see the youth of all races of Kinross, Thistle Grove, Evander, Leandra, Secunda and surrounding towns to be equipped to step out of their current circumstances and mind sets and begin to walk in the freedom that Christ has died for us and that previous generations of young and old South Africans have fought for,” said Past Jonathan Jean-Pierre from Agape Faith Ministries.
“We will not only cater for Christian youths who are part of churches, but also for those who are yearning for something new, something free and something more.”
The three main speakers at the conference will be Past Randal Donnelly from His Way Family Church Secunda, Prophet Gavin Legoabe from Latter Rain Ministries Secunda and Past Jean-Pierre.
Gert Sibande College and the Health Department will have information stands at the conference and qualified counsellors will be available to help the youth if they are battling with a poor self esteem, abuse or peer pressure.
“We are currently in the process of getting sponsorships for Bibles and education discounts.
“There will be coffee stations before and after the services.”
