MEC visits festive season operations at Leandra toll gate
The N17 is among the busiest roads during this time of the year.
Mpumalanga MEC for Community Safety, Security and Liaison (DCSSL) Vusi Shongwe, is this week visiting various traffic law enforcement and road safety activations as traffic is expected to reach its peak leading up to the Christmas long weekend.
Shongwe today, December 21, visited the Leandra toll gate on the N17 as part of the province’s festive season road safety programme.
The two routes, N17 and N4, are among the busiest roads during this time of the year as they link Gauteng with KwaZuluNatal and Mozambique.
