Bronkhorstspruit community made aware of dangers on the roads

The office of the Visible Policing Commander in Bronkhorstspruit, together with the SAPS communication officer, FCS members, CPF members and the management of the Sasol filling station on the N4 toward Witbank embarked on a safety awareness campaign on December 8.

The team distributed pamphlets on drug and substance abuse, festive season safety tips and gender-based violence.

They engaged with travellers, warning them about various crimes such as hijacking and armed robberies.

They also warned motorists to be on the lookout for spikes and not to stop for hitchhikers.
