Station commander Colonel Maqhawe Simon Dhladhla lectured at the Bronkhorstspruit Police Station on July 28.

As part of the duties of a station commander, he must do a station lecture.

During the lecture, he identified gaps in the system regarding the roles members must play and how pertinent information is shared with the members.

Some topics discussed were the Community Policing Forums and the community in blue.

Dhladhla urged members to work and respect them in all aspects. He indicated that relief commanders would now attend the CPF meetings.

He shared anti-corruption information, and members were discouraged from becoming corrupt.

Dhladhla said his office would not tolerate corruption and the members should avoid such activities at all costs.
