Emergency services are currently on the scene of an accident involving a car and bakkie that happened at around 19:00 this evening, August 9 on the N17 between Vlaklaagte and Kinross water reservoirs.
Two people from the car are confirmed dead. The driver suffered mild injuries and is still on the scene.
The injured driver of the bakkie was treated and transported to a hospital per ambulance.
The road is currently closed due to the carnage and forensic investigation.
