Jaco Horn appears in Secunda Magistrate’s Court again

The murder case against Secunda CPF chairman was postponed to April 21.

SECUNDA – The chairman of the Secunda Community Policing Forum (CPF), Jaco Horn, again appeared in the Secunda Magistrate’s Court on charges of murder on March 27.

Horn allegedly shot a man dead on September 11 last year while he and several other security companies were chasing a criminal from Secunda Mall to Graceland Golf Course.

The chase ended at the golf course when Horn allegedly shot the man from behind.

Horn’s case was postponed to April 21.
