Bronkhorstspruit gets a spring clean

The Global Blockchain Business Council, the City of Tshwane councillors and Bronkhorstspruit locals combined their efforts to clean Church Street (R104) last month.

Garden service companies, the local oil company, residents and businesses sponsored two-stroke oil, petrol and equipment so that the 40 volunteers and councillors from all over Tshwane could clear the streets of refuse, soil and overgrown grass.

Candidate Lida Erasmus guided the project and about 260 illegal posters were removed.

“It was a privilege to work with a dedicated team of businesses in Bronkhorstspruit during the cleanup campaign,” said Erasmus.
