Horn appears in Secunda Court again on murder charge

Court postpones case to March 27.

Jaco Horn, the chairperson of Secunda CPF, appeared in the Secunda Magistrate’s Court again on February 14 in connection with murder.

He allegedly shot a man dead on September 11 last year when a criminal was chased by several security companies.

The man was running from Secunda Mall in the direction of Graceland’s golf course where the chase ended after Horn shot him and he died.

The magistrate postponed Horn’s case to March 27.
