eMzinoni police arrest 7 for drinking in public
The arrests were made during the Christmas weekend.
Operation Shanela has been productive in assisting police to clamp down on criminal activities, also in eMzinoni where seven people were arrested for drinking in public over the weekend before Christmas (December 22 to 24).
The arrested people were fined for public drinking.
The Provincial Commissioner of the SAPS in Mpumalanga, Lieutenant General Semakaleng Daphney Manamela has welcomed the arrests.
