FOLLOW UP Bronkhorstspruit police confirm businessman has been kidnapped

Two bullet holes were found in the windscreen of Juca Leonardo's abandoned vehicle.

Bronkhorstspruit police have confirmed that local businessman, Juca Leonardo had been kidnapped.

Leonardo was reported missing on April 13.

 

The 55-year-old owner of Pick and Pay grocery store was last seen just before 21:00 on the same day.

 

His car was found abandoned at Versterpark in Bronkhorstspruit with bullet holes through the windscreen.

 

Leonardo was last seen wearing a dark blue denim and a blue polo shirt with Pick and Pay logo and his name on the shirt. He was also wearing a dark blue Under Armor jacket.

 

The police request anyone with information about this incident, to contact Sergeant Kube on 072 697 7851 or SAPS Bronkhorstspruit on 013 932 9222.

 

Alternatively, tip-offs can be reported on the MySaps app, which can be downloaded on any smartphone.

 

Private investigator Mike Bolhuis is also involved to assist with the safe return of Leonardo.
