MMA fighters from Secunda compete in Gauteng

Youngsters excel in grappling competition.

Two fighters from the Dominators Den Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Club competed in the EFC 115 at the EPC Performance Institute in Johannesburg recently.

Siya ‘The Chef’ Nonvemve fought against Christopher Matukane and won his fight with a unanimous decision.
David ‘The Wolf’ Makane fought against Kelvin Smit and lost with a heel hook submission.

Their coach, Cedric Doyle, said there is no losing for them in this sport, either they win or they learn.

The youngsters from the Dominators Den Kids Club took part in a grappling competition on July 20 in Pretoria.

Zak Botha and Caylee Doyle each obtained a gold medal while Zané Botha obtained a bronze medal.

Doyle said they did well, and he is proud of them for doing so well and all the glory goes to Jesus Christ.
