The South African Guide-Dogs Association for the Blind is thrilled to announce its participation in the Virgin Active 947 Ride Joburg 2024.
The event will take place on November 17 at the FNB Stadium.
In the spirit of leap year, the association invites you to join Team Guide Dogs and make a significant difference in the lives of visually impaired people in SA.
Daily, the association empowers individuals to take leaps of faith, whether it is clients trusting in its guide dogs, embracing newfound independence with a white cane, or donors investing in its mission. Each action represents a leap towards a brighter, more inclusive future.
When participating in the Virgin Active 947 Ride Joburg alongside Team Guide Dogs, you will directly contribute to the training of more assistance dogs for the visually impaired, physically disabled, and children on the autism spectrum and the purchase of essential assistive devices. Every pedal stroke and donation will help transform lives and fulfil aspirations.
