Students gear up with compulsory squad training for upcoming nationals in Durban this weekend.

Sensei Breshnev Dhlamini, a third Dan black belt provincial coach, and sensei Dumile Mlungu assisted in how to improve techniques.
The athletes that attended came from Lydenburg, Standerton, Witbank, Evander, Secunda and eMbalenhle.
The squad training was in preparation for students who will be competing in nationals in Durban from July 18 to 19.
