Join the Terra Nova parkrun in Trichardt

The Terra Nova parkrun has officially kicked off in Trichardt and promises not only a physical challenge but also a chance to connect with nature.

The parkrun happens every Saturday at 08:00 and parkrunners can enjoy a 5km scenic route through lush grasslands that offers a picturesque blend of natural beauty and invigorating terrain.

The course features a challenging yet rewarding long, steady hill that adds an element of excitement to the run.

Whilst traversing the route, parkrunners get to experience a dynamic mix of grass paths and gravel roads, providing a diverse and engaging surface.

The breathtaking view from the water tower is one of the highlights where participants can enjoy panoramic scenes of the town to the left and expansive farmland to the right.

Additionally, the birdlife at the ponds along the way adds a delightful touch of nature, making the experience even more enjoyable. Parkrunners can run, walk or jog the route without the buzzing of cars and urban noise.
