ATC students attend grading seminar in Cullinan

Fourteen students from two dojangs graded in taekwon-do.

Students from ATC Cullinan and ATC Rayton attended a grading seminar at the Cullinan Sports Centre on February 24.

All 14 students passed.

ATC Cullinan obtained two high passes, one from Senobia Wiid, who moved from white belt to yellow stripe, and the other from Zion Alexander, who graded from a red belt to black stripe.

All the students graded under sabum-nim Manie Naude, a fourth-degree black belt.

Zion Alexander will be grading with boo sabum (BSB) Justin Collett later this year. He will grade to first dan and Collett for his second dan.

The dojangs are currently preparing for upcoming tournaments. ATC kiddies (aged five to 10) will grade in the next two weeks.

Collett thanked Petra Diamond Mine for allowing them to use the Cullinan Sports Centre.
