Sixty-nine participants brave the heat at Standerton River Park

Kamohelo Tsotetsi crossed the finish line in a time of 19:11, a new personal best, followed by Bongane Mpokane who registered 19:11.

Despite last Saturday being a scorcher, 69 participants lined up at the Standerton River Park at 08:00.
Altogether nine athletes improved their times.

This free event offers participants the choice of running, jogging or walking with the empahisis on competing against themselves.

Kamohelo Tsotetsi crossed the finish line in a time of 19:11, a new personal best, followed by Bongane Mpokane in a time of 19:11.

Patrick Tsotetsi completed the distance in 20:54, a new personal best, while Andiswamahlubi Hadebe also improved his time with a result of 22:27.

Timothy Hoop likewise improved his time and came in at 22:30, followed by Omran Marzugi’s 25:37.

Theo Schönfeldt recorded 28:07, Pieter Grobbelaar 28:39, Ayanda Dlamini 28:45 and Rodrique van der Voort 29:40.
