UPDATE: Kinross Sasol N17 filling station bombing
Police say the getaway vehicles are suspected to have been parked next to the road.
Police are urgently appealing to motorists who have dashcam footage and have passed the garage or the N17 highway between 01:30 and 03:00 this morning, September 11, to contact Warrant Officer Jele on 072 382 6607 of Secunda Crime Intelligence.
It is unknown in which direction the robbers made off, but police are looking towards the directions of either Bethal or Leandra, and they are asking for any dashcam footage, during the above-mentioned times, that could assist in the investigation.
Police say a group of about 15 suspects robbed the N17 Sasol Filling Station off the N17 highway in Kinross and bombed a safe.
