EHS learners buzz at spelling bee

EVANDER – They are good with words and they spell words at lightning speed. They are Evander High School’s spelling bee geniuses.

EHS’s English department hosted its first-ever spelling bee inter-competition.

The school thanked learners, parents and teachers who support the competitors.

Sukoluthle Ndlovu obtained first place, with Tshebo Makateng in second place and Kanyasile Khumalo third in the junior phase.

In the senior phase, Lebogang Mgovene won, followed by Lerato Mabote in second place, and Amber Timothy in third place.
