ERMELO – For Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, the Highvelder has once again decided to partner with Cupcakes of Hope, a non-profit company (NPC) and public benefit organisation (PBO), to host a fundraising event.
The event will take place on Thursday, September 30 at the Highvelder’s offices at 43 Kerk Street.
Highvelder staff have pledged to bake 250 cupcakes to be sold at the paper’s office in 43 Kerk Street on September 30.
We would, however, like to match the 1 000 cupcakes sold during our event in June. Cupcakes will be sold for R5 each, however, any donations are welcome.
All proceeds will be donated to the Cupcakes of Hope NPC/PBO.
Highvelder also invites any avid bakers who wish to make a donation to bake 12 or 24 cupcakes.
These can be handed in at the offices on September 29.
Together with the support of the Ermelo community, we can “bake” a difference!
